You don’t have to draw at a certain level to apply or join, but I expect you can fill the application in without help! The only art requirement of the group is the application and it must be drawn yourself.
This group will be rated PG-16 so please keep explicit or inappropriate content away from public areas.
For submitting art, it must be your own - calculations and tallying will be done by me so ay more fumbling with sheets
RP-wise the usual applies, don’t god-mod or metagame -- but if I say something please take it as canon sadwinks

definitely toeing the line with this one but intent of creation probably [android] usually refers to a bot made for a particular purpose eg. looking after a time travelling hobo but you don't lose your human rights even when most of your body's gone which is an interesting point of contention re: the next question

EXISTS but due to the timing of the group at present most knowledge of propaganda will be re: steelheart and bot rights rather than bloodhearts and the later riots

currently bloodhearted members will likely not have powers or have developed them recently, if they have them at all ( you are welcome to not have powers or .... see if you get one later or by wildcard : )

Students are expected to maintain a sensible standard of dress and abide by the dress code.
Students are to show respectful behaviour to all faculty, android staff and fellow students.
Students are not to leave the school campus unless escorted by a member of staff.
If a student is found in a restricted area, there will be disciplinary action.
The school day begins at [ 6:00am ] and curfew is at [ 10:00pm ]. The curfew applies on weekends as well.
Meals are eaten in the mess hall and provided on schedule. Most of the fare is [a standard European menu] with slight variation in ethnic cuisine.
Firearms may only be handled in the appropriate training areas, under supervision of certified staff.
No personal firearms are allowed unless the weaponry has been checked and are stored in areas only accessible with a member of staff.
Students may not enter dormitories of [the other gender] at any time.
During a drill or emergency, students are to quickly and calmly assemble at the nearest gathering point. Wardens will provide guidance.
